WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
When you enter into the parking lot, you will see several “Guest Parking” signs near the front main entrance. You are welcome to park in one of those spaces (or the nearby handicap spaces if applicable) and enter into the main front doors where you will be warmly greeted by someone on our Hospitality Team. From there, they will be happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
On Sunday mornings, you will see people dressed in a wide range of attire - from shorts or jeans and t-shirt to coat and tie. If you join us for Wednesday or Sunday evening activities, you’ll find our dress to be pretty casual across the board. Ultimately, we believe that God is more interested in the condition of your heart than the style of your clothing. So, come in what you’re comfortable wearing and you’ll fit right in.

WHERE WILL MY KIDS GO?
Children are important to us at Northside. Our ministry is designed to help children feel comfortable while having fun and learning in a safe environment. On Sundays, we have LifeGroups for children at 9:15am, where they will be taught an exciting lesson from God’s Word. If you’re here for the 10:30 worship service, bring your child with you to join us for worship. They will be with us until the Pastor dismisses all children ages 3-years to 4th grade to “Children’s Church.” There, your child will have their own time of worship – including a message just for them. They’ll have tons of fun with the other children as they learn about God’s love for them and His desire for a relationship with them. You can pick up your children in the Café after the service. Children in 5th grade and up will stay with parents during the message in the Sunday morning worship service.

WHAT ABOUT WEDNESDAYS?
Children and teens have their own activities during our Mid-Week Connections on Wednesday nights. While the adults are spending time in prayer and study of God’s Word in the church Worship Center, TeamKids (3-years old through 5th grade) and Refuge (6th – 12th grade) will be meeting in the Family Life Center out back. If your child is in TeamKids, they’ll be in an age appropriate group where they’ll learn, play games, and make new friends. If your teen is in Refuge, they’ll have a great time singing in worship, hearing a message relevant to their lives, and connecting with other students. Mid-Week Connection starts at 6:45pm. If you can come earlier, we serve supper every Wednesday night from 5:30-6:15. We’d love to have you as our guest.

HOW DO I OFFICIALLY JOIN NORTHSIDE?
If you believe that God would have you put down roots at Northside and begin to serve and worship alongside us, there are three ways to join:

By Profession of Faith – If you are not yet a Christian but would like to be, or if you are a Christian but have never been baptized as a believer by immersion, as the Word of God commands, our pastor will pray with you and guide you in the decision.

By Transfer of Membership (Letter) – If you are a Christian and a member of a church of like faith, we will write to the church where you are a member and request that a letter transferring your membership be sent.

By Statement – If you are a Christian and have been baptized as a believer by immersion, and do not either have current membership in a church or are currently a member of a church that does not grant letters of transfer, you can receive membership by affirmation of your faith and baptism.

WILL I BE ASKED TO GIVE MONEY?
As a guest, you are not expected to give any money. The biblical giving of tithes and offerings by our members is an act of thanks and worship as part of their commitment to God and the church. This giving helps to further Northside’s ministry in our community, our region, and throughout the world. If you have filled out the “Guest Information” portion of the bulletin, we ask you to place it in the offering plate during this time.
